How We Work
STUDENTS are recruited from our nation's top-ranked college and universities. Candidates complete an Online Internship Application form via our Web site. Qualified applicants are pre-screened during a follow-up phone interview to assess skills, interests and academic achievements. Next, we match our students' talents and goals with an appropriate professional environment.
EMPLOYERS interested in hiring summer interns complete an INTERN REQUISITION FORM which details the required skills, responsibilities, and day-to-day duties of the internship. Resumes of ideal student candidates are then forwarded to companies. If an employer is interested in meeting a particular student, we arrange the in-person interviews between them. Upon successful placement, employers pay a fee to Real World for its referral service.
Upon request, Real World will customize an internship program for your individual firm, providing a structured way to guarantee the highest rewarding experience.
