A complete Profile is customized for each job applicant and matched up with appropriate Job Openings. Employers will be sent resumes of candidates who are ideally suited for their current openings. A personal interview will be arranged at your convenience. Upon successful placement, Employers Pay a Fee to Real World for its service.
